1. Service Provider Identification

These Terms of Service govern services provided by Lead Voltage ("Lead Voltage"), headquartered in Maryland. Lead Voltage provides local lead generation, inbound inquiry generation, and customer acquisition services for contractors, home-service companies, and local service businesses.

2. Nature of Services & Scope

Lead Voltage develops and executes market-focused customer-acquisition programs tailored to specific industries, geographic service areas, and defined target markets.

Lead Voltage acts solely as a provider of marketing and customer acquisition services. Lead Voltage does not perform the underlying contracting, remodeling, plumbing, roofing, or home services advertised by its clients.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Clients engaging Lead Voltage agree to:

• Maintain all necessary trade licenses, insurance, and local regulatory permits for their business operations.
• Provide prompt, professional response to prospective inbound customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate business details and geographic coverage boundaries during initial program setup.

4. Payment & Billing Obligations

Pricing for Lead Voltage programs is customized based on service scope, industry, geographic market, and program requirements. All material pricing, billing cycles, and fee schedules are disclosed to the client prior to purchase and outlined in the applicable client service agreement.

5. Cancellation Rules & Refunds

Customers may request cancellation by contacting Lead Voltage directly by email or phone. Cancellation becomes effective according to the notice period stated in the customer's service agreement, and recurring charges scheduled after the effective cancellation date will cease. Any specific cancellation terms are disclosed before purchase and may vary depending on the service agreement.

Fees for services already delivered or work already performed are non-refundable. Any exception or refund eligibility is determined according to the customer's applicable service agreement and applicable law.
